who are half sessions for?
These are ideal for most families actually. Since they are a bit longer than a traditional mini session, we can actually get so much variety in your gallery!
If you want a fully customized experience then look into my full sessions, but if these locations are calling you, then a half session is a great choice for yearly updates!

With a lower time commitment and price point than a full session, but so much more variety than a true mini session, half sessions are all about striking the perfect balance. They give you just what you need... no more and no less!

For sure! These half sessions are actually a great way to document your pregnancy before baby arrives!
what type of photos can we expect?
I pride myself on actually being able to get a great amount of variety in half sessions. I always start with looking at the camera smiling and then move to different groupings like mom with kids, dad with kids, sibling photos etc. I always like to throw in some fun candid moments to really fill out your gallery too!

I need my photos quickly for cards! can you expedite edits?
I do take a certain number of expedited edit requests. These are available based on availability and you can choose this option when booking if it's available.
these sessions come with 15 photos, do we choose the photos we want?
Yep - I want to make sure you get the photos you love the most. You will get a proofing gallery after your session where you will choose your favorite photos. You can always get more than 15 at that time if you'd like.

There are few places I like better for fall family photos than Martinez Marina. It has become one of my most popular spots. Families often request it, and I can see why. Children, especially toddlers, love to explore the iconic arch bridge. They run and play, making it a perfect setting for fun and lively family photos.
